Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup Maxigenes Skim Milk Powder – premade
125g melted butter
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup caster sugar
½ cup plain flour
½ Tsp vanilla essence
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Lightly beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the milk, butter, sugar, coconut, flour and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Pour into a pudding bowl or casserole dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden.
Serve with ice cream.
