Chocolate Treat Cereal

Ingredients

2 Tbsp Maxigenes Full Milk Powder premade

1 ¼ cups plain flour

¼ cup cocoa powder

1 egg

¼ cup honey

2 Tbsp choc hazelnut spread

½ Tsp salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir until thick and crumbly dough forms.
  3. Lightly cover your hands in flour and tear off very small pieces of dough. Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the tray and then bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until crunchy on the outside but slightly soft in the centre.
  5. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
