Ingredients
2 Tbsp Maxigenes Full Milk Powder premade
1 ¼ cups plain flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
1 egg
¼ cup honey
2 Tbsp choc hazelnut spread
½ Tsp salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and stir until thick and crumbly dough forms.
- Lightly cover your hands in flour and tear off very small pieces of dough. Roll into small balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, rotate the tray and then bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until crunchy on the outside but slightly soft in the centre.
- Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
