Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups plain flour
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups Maxigenes Full cream milk, premade
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
Preheat waffle iron.
Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract until white and fluffy.
Stir in the dry ingredients, then add the milk and mix until combined.
Place some oil onto the waffle iron and cook waffle mixture until golden brown.
Serve hot.
