Apple Fritters

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup Maxigenes goat milk powder
1/3 cup milk
1 tbsp. oil
2 green apples
1 large egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Method
In a large mixing bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir the Maxigenes goat milk powder and water together to form a milky smooth consistency.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the water, goat milk, eggs and oil then add to the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
Set a large frying pan over medium-high heat and drizzle lightly with oil to coat the pan.
Cut the apples crosswise into 5-10mm slices and remove the middle core.
Dip the apple slices into the pancake batter and place in the hot pan. Cook, turning with a spatula until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining apples and batter.
Serve warm.
Note: Also great made with frozen peaches or berries.
